PowerSharp
Dull chain is a thing of the past with the built-in PowerSharp Sharpening System. Follow these three simple steps to sharpen on the saw in seconds. ​

Step One:
Plug the CS1500 chainsaw into an outlet (make sure the outlet’s circuit is rated for 15 amps).​

Step Two:
Engage the trigger and then pull back the red lever. This causes the chain to contact the internal sharpening stone. ​

Step Three:
Hold the trigger and keep the lever pulled back for 3 to 5 seconds to sharpen the entire chain, and then release. After 3 to 5 seconds, the chain works like new.
