Often times, we turn to our friends to help us design limited edition palettes and lipstick colors. We get a lot of requests to re-create these but, unfortunately, when they are gone they’re gone! Make sure to scoop a limited color or design while it’s hot because it won’t be back again. This allows us to keep creating and stay at the forefront of fashion. New palettes launch frequently so make sure to sign up for our email alerts so you won’t miss out.
Time is Money Honey! All products ordered before 3pm are shipped the same day and will arrive quickly. Lucky Manhattan poodles may request same day delivery for a $10 fee. Some companies want you to wait a week! Ain’t nobody got time for that.
Winky Lux offers a 30 day return policy on all products. Don’t forget to email sales@winkylux.com for a return authorization before mailing products back. Products received without a return authorization can’t be processed.

You’ll notice that the poodle symbol pervades throughout the brand. We wanted the standard poodle to be our mascot because she embodies how we feel about the brand (did you know that the standard poodle is actually a hunting dog). She’s highly intelligent, loyal, playful, beautiful and requires lots of grooming. Nothing standard about that!
