About CraftBeerClub Stores

Craft Breweries are small, independent and traditional. The brewmasters behind these craft beers produce beer the way it is supposed to be—in small batches, using traditional ingredients and proven brewing methods. It’s all about creating a flavorful, high-quality craft beer, which is very different than the mass-produced, high-profile beers we’re used to seeing just about everywhere. The Original Craft Beer Club’s specialty is discovering the best beers that these highly-skilled craft brewers have to offer. We do the research, so you don’t have to. Not all craft brews are good by definition. A big beer company with a talented brewmaster and quality ingredients can produce an excellent beer, just as a small, unskilled craft brewer can produce an uninteresting or even flawed beer. The only way to know this is to taste it! The Original Craft Beer Club searches through hundreds of craft beers each year to bring you only the best of the best! Many brewers, many styles. From Ambers to IPA’s, Porters to Stouts and many more. Joining the Craft Beer Club or giving a Craft Beer Club membership as a gift is a perfect way to discover the many styles of craft beers produced in this country. In fact, America has more craft breweries than any other country on the planet. As recently as the 1970’s there were only 50 breweries in the U.S.. By the mid-1990’s more than 1,000 breweries had emerged onto the scene and today that number has exploded to over 6,200 craft breweries and brewpubs! As of 2017, the Brewers Association reports there are over 6,000 Craft Breweries in the USA. Microbreweries clocked in at 3,800+ and Brewpubs were 2,200+ strong. These numbers have been growing steadily and will no doubt continue to rise in the years ahead. The history of beer is a lot more important than you may initially believe. Beer is one of the oldest beverages that humans have ever made and takes us on a winding journey, about 7,000 years into the past, to where beer was first created – modern day Iran.
