We reserve the right to modify, supplement, or replace the terms of this Agreement at any time, effective prospectively upon posting at the Sites and/or notifying you by email. When we post changes to these T&C’s, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of these T&C’s. We recommend that you check the Sites from time to time to inform yourself of any changes in this Agreement. If you do not want to agree to changes to this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform shall constitute your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Agreement. Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long such warranties, conditions, and/or implied terms may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. This warranty is offered in addition to rights and remedies conveyed by consumer protection laws and regulations that cannot be statutorily waived and does not affect your applicable statutory rights. To the extent permitted under applicable law, the duration of any implied warranty shall be one year.
